MOLLICA James Joseph Mollica, age 87, of Worthington, Ohio, passed June 12, 2012 at Riverside Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. WWII Veteran, U.S. Army Air Corps; subsequently retired: Ohio Air National Guard, Lieutenant Colonel. Retired Vice President National City Bank (P.N.C.) and regional president, Circleville, Ohio. Born April 25, 1925 in Quincy, Massachusetts. Preceded in death by parents Antonio and Dominica, four sisters, and five brothers. Survived by wife of 66 years, June Rosalie; and son, Trace of New Mexico; brother, Tony Mollica, 92 of Massachusetts; several nieces and nephews. Philanthropist, Reverencer of God and Nature. Graduate of Quincy High School, 1943; and Ohio University, B.A. 1952. Past President of both Worthington and Ohio Historical Society Trustees, and Worthington Garden Club. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2012 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 19.
