Ronald A. Mezger M.D., age 93 of Columbus, Ohio passed away on December 30th, 2022, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Ronald was born on February 9th, 1929 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Clarence Alfred and Audra E. Mezger (Snyder). Ronald is survived by his wife Dorba J. Mezger (McDougle), children Kent A. (Jenny), Scott (Jill), Keith (Betsy), Greg (Carol) and Curt. Also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and two cousins.

Ronald was a member of the Worthington United Methodist Church, Diplomat and Life Member American Academy of Family Practice, Past President Central Ohio Academy of Family Practice , Member Medical Honory A.O.A. H.S. Kissell Lodge #674 F.& AM, Scioto Consistory, Scottish Rite, Aladdin Shrine, Veteran U.S.A.F, B.A. Wittenberg College, M.D. OSU College of Medicine, Member Emeritus, Medical Staff Riverside Methodist Hospital, Dept. of Family Practice, Clininal Asst. Professor, OSU College of Medicine, 35 year Member of Staff at Beechwold Medical Center.

Family and Friends may visit on Sunday January 8th, 2023, from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Rutherford Corbin Funeral Home 515 High Street Worthington, Ohio 43085. A Memorial Service will take place on Monday January 9th, 2023 at 3:30 PM at the Worthington United Methodist Church 600 High Street Worthington, Ohio 43085. Private interment will take place at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Worthington United Methodist Church or to a food bank of your choice.
