Preceeded in death by parents Homer C. and Amy Francisco Hockett. Survived by David Robert Matuszak of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charles A. Matuszak of Stockton, California.
MATUSZAK Francesca Hockett Matuszak, age 95, of Bartlesville, Okla., formerly of Worthington and an Ohio State Graduate, died September 27, 1999 in Tulsa, Okla. She was born May 26, 1904 in Richmond, Ind. to Homer C. and Amy (Francisco) Hockett. Mrs. Matuszak had been a volunteer at the Bartlesville Library and active in the Presbyterian Church and Symphony Orchestra where she played the Cello. She is survived by her sons, Charles Alan (Alice Boyer) Matuszak of Stockton, Calif. and David Robert (Lois Sandlin) Matuszak of Katy, Tex.; grandchildren, Matthew Martin and James Peter Matuszak, Debra Susan Crusey, Laura Michelle Kantowski and Brian Derrick Matuszak; great-grandchildren, Adam Alexander Crusey, Thomas Logan and Lisa Nicole Kantowski and Ryan Derrick Matuszak. A private family graveside service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2000 at the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements completed by the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington.
