MANN Gaylord Keith Mann, age 75, of Worthington, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Kobacker House. Retired from Zimpro Incorporated a subsidiary of the Bayer Corporation. Veteran U.S. Navy Korean War serving with the Seabees in the South Pacific. Member Worthington Christian Church since 1979; member Woodcarvers Association; past member of the Oddfellows, and of the O.W.E.A.. He enjoyed photography, woodworking, gardening, and especially his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Harry and Freda Mann and by sister Margaret Cline. Survived by loving wife, Joelene of 51 years; son and daughter-in-law, Mark Keith (Brenda) Mann; grandchildren, Gregory Keith Mann and Jennifer Christine Mann, all of Worthington; brother, John "Jack" (Dorothy) Mann of Austintown, OH.; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2007, at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., Worthington, (1/2 mile south of I-270), where family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Marshall Hayden officiating. Friends if they wish may contribute to Homereach Hospice or the American Lung Assoc. in his memory.
