Limber, James M. "Jim" Limber, age 85, of Columbus, died Friday, October 15, 1999 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Veteran of U. S. Naval Intelligence, WW II, retiring as Captain, U.S. Naval Intelligence, Reserve, in 1973. Retired Deputy Inspector, Cleveland Police Department after 33 years of service. Empoyed by State of Ohio, Department of Criminal Justice, 1974-1977. Preceded in death by his sister Joanne Moreland. Survived by wife, Julia Morley Limber of Columbus; daughter Merry Limber Donley of New Concord, Oh., step-daughter, Beth Ann Stewart of New Orleans, La.; grandchildren, Belle Suzanne Raymond of Portland, Ore., and Andrew David Raymond of Columbus; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Member of Crestview Presbyterian Church and the Columbus Harmonice Club. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 1999 at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home Worthington Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington, where family will receive friends one hour prior to and immediately following the service.
