Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry D. and Sue Lazzell, Columbus, Lynn E. and Cheryl Lazzell, Columbus, grandchildren, Lynn E. Jr., Worthington. Jody, Michael, Mary Jo and Tara Lazzell all of Columbus, niece, Evelyn Kirgan, Columbus, Ind.; several foster children including John Barton, Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Terry McClure, Lakewood, Calif. Member of Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church. Funeral service 1 p.m. Mond., Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Pastor Kenneth R. Schelske officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
