Lambert, Lee Ann Lambert, age 37, died Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Captain U.S. Marine Corps retired. Member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Graduate of Worthington High School in 1983, graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in 1987, selected for inclusion in the Outstanding Young Women of America 1986, published author, member of International Society of Poets, licensed literacy instructor of adults, and counseled at battered women shelters. Preceded in death by grandparents John and Alice Alambert and Major Jack and Helen Lee Walker. Survived by parents, Ronald L. and Dixie Walker Lambert; brothers, Mark R. (Nikki) Lambert of Worthington and Lieutenant Junior Grade John W. (Clare) Lambert of San Diego, Ca.; and niece, Brittani Lambert of Worthington; uncles, Harry (Carol) Hysell of St. Mary's W.Va., Dr. Michael S. (Diana) Walker of Kokomo, In. Funeral service Monday 10 a.m., July 8, 2002 at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 30 W. Woodfuff Ave. Fr. Don Farrow Celebrant. Private interment at a later time.
