Betty Ruth Insley Kearley, age 77, formerly of Worthington, at her residence in Pacific Palisades, Calif. Preceded in death by her husband Harold Kearley, parents Leonard and Modesta Insley, founders of Worthington News, brothers Paul and Warren Insley and great-granddaughter Tyler Gordon. She was Counselor at UCLA for over 30 years. Graduate of Ohio State University and Worthington High School. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Lt. Col. And Mrs. Tim (Caren) Gordon of Colorado Springs, Colo.; granddaughter, Tracey Gordon; grandson, Airman Scott Gordon and wife, Paula; sister-in-law, Margaret McCoy; nephews, Paul and David Insley. Member of Westwood United Methodist Church, Delta Zeta, Wesleyan Service Guild and University Retiree's Association. Arrangements to be announced per Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington.
