Charles Easton Horn, age 70, of 5705 Dover Ct., Worthington, Friday, Riverside Hospital. Retired wage and hour investigator for the US Dept of Labor. Survived by wife, Mary Esther, Worthington; daughters, Mrs. James (Sharon) Bowman of Ottawa, Canada, Mrs. Ronald (Cynthia) Huff, Sunnyvale, Calif., Mrs. Wayne (Malinda) Hansen, Monroe, Conn. And Debra Ann Horn, of Columbus; brother, James Perry Horn, of Elyria; 5 grandchildren. Founder of the Worthington Coin and Stamp Club. Member of the Columbus Philatelic Club, the American Philatelic Society and NARFE. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington, where funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. Harvey Jenkins officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
