Glenn I. Holdren, age 84, of Upper Arlington, died Saturday, May 7, 1988 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired Superintendent of the Maintenance Department for the city of Upper Arlington. Survived by wife, Dora Marie; sons, Glenn E. (Gene) of Columbus, Denny Deaton of U.S. Navy; daughters, Mrs. William (Betty) Chesbrough of Columbus, Mrs. Paul (Shirley) Wilkes of Johnstown, Ohio, Mrs. William (Lynda) Slyh of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters,, Mrs. Hollis (Frances) Reece of Delaware, Ohio, Mrs. Floyd (Lily) Williamson of Fla. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd. where services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Sidney Davis officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
