HEISTAND Gwendolyn M. Heistand, 90, of Greensburg, Pa., formerly of Worthington, Oh. and Beaver Falls, Pa., died Tuesday, August 17, 2004 in Newhaven Court in Greensburg. Born January 12, 1914 in Columbus, daughter of the late Carl and Maie Lamp. She was a former member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church, retired executive secretary from Buckeye Mart, a Gamble Co. and a former member of Eastern Star, McArthur Chapter. In addition to her parents, her husband Ralph W. Heistand and a daughter Kay Sonja Gault preceded her in death. Surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Linda Heistand, Beaver Falls; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 loving nephews and their wives, Grover and Shirley Lee, Bob and Judy Lee. She will be sadly missed by her dear friends, Dottie and Rita Alexander of Westerville. The family would like to thank all her friends at Newhaven Court. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m. in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 4th Ave., Beaver Falls, Pa. Rev. Ed Schoeneck officiating. A graveside committal service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, Oh.
