Florence Harper, age 65, of 2208 Mifflin Blvd. Member of Salvation Army, Pontiac St., and the Salvation Army Home League. Preceded in death by husband, Joseph E. Survived by daughters, Florence Flusche, Ruth Hylton, and Vicki Preest, all of Columbus; sons, Joseph, Cincinnati, Church Marengo and Jim Harper, Columbus; 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Herb and Albert Stiffler, Columbus, Floyd Stiffler, Fla.; sisters, Evelyn Rhoades, Columbus, Effie Thompson, Shawnee Hills, Mary Poling, Darbydale, Jennie Park, Columbus, and Barbara Reisinger, Marysville; and a host of nieces and nephews. Service Tuesday 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army Chapel, 2555 Pontiac St. Friends may call Schoedinger Linden Chapel, 2741 Cleveland Ave., Sunday 7-9 p.m. and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington.
