Frederick P. Green, age 48, 583 Loveland Ave., Worthington, Monday, at home. The Rector of Godman Guild Settlement House, formerly Planning Director of United Community Council. Survived by wife, Marjorie; daughters, Catherine and Barbara, at home; brother, Dr. Jerome Green, Los Angeles, Calif. Member First Unitarian Church, former member of the National Council of Social Workers. Veteran of WWII. Graduate of Western Reserve University, BS and Ohio State University MSW. Private interment service at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, First Unitarian Church. Rev. George Whitney officiating.
