Betty J. Glandon, age 54, Tuesday, at her residence, after a long illness. Affiliated with Sears Roebuck and Co. for 10 years. Attended Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church. Survived by husband, Ovid L. (Whitey); daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly J. Murray, Bonnie and Rocky Giannini, Joyce and Danny Miller, Betty JoAnn Cunningham; step-children, Scott and Shirley Glandon, Mark and Adele Glandon, Nikki and James Scott; 16 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Edith Morgan; mother-in-law, Hazel Reid; and many relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., where funeral service will be held Friday 1 p.m. Rev. Ray Hughes officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends may if they wish contribute to the Columbus Cancer Clinic, 550 Thomas Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43214 in her memory. Special thanks to Nurse Norma Bowens.
