Freter Jr., at home; daughters, Diane L. and Julie A. Freter, both of Columbus; 1 grandson; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy J. Freter, New Port Richey, Florida; brothers, Kay E. Freter, San Diego, California. Veteran of WWII. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Anonymous. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Monday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Charles Robinson officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Those who wish may contribute to the Columbus Cancer Clinic.
