Julian Critton "Fletch" Fletcher, age 84 of Chillicothe, died 4:24 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 1992 at the Chillicothe Medical Center. He was born in Columbus, Ohio February 28, 1908 to James A. and Catherine Critton Fletcher. Married August 22, 1931 to the former Mary H. Hennen who survived along with his daughter, Marilyn F. Longwell and son-in-law, Michael Trent, both of Chicago. Also surviving are 3 cousins, all of St. Clair, Mich., Mary Critton Smith, Audry Critton Knight, and Sally Critton Bayer. Also surviving, Phyllis McCoy, his "Girl Friday", of Chillicothe. Was associated with NAPA Auto Parts for over 63 years. He went to work for the Automotive Parts Co. March 1, 1929. The company was owned by H.G. Root of Springfield, Ohio, the founder of NAPA Auto Parts. Mr. Fletcher was former owner of the Central Auto Parts, Inc. of Chillicothe and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. He belonged to the Humbolt Masonic Lodge in Columbus, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, and Aladdin Temple Shrine of Columbus. Chillicothe Commandery No. 8-Knights Templar and the Ross County Shrine Club. Funeral services are to be held 1 p.m. Friday in the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe, with Rev. James Grove officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Columbus. Friends may call at Ware's from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 937 N.
