(Pete) Fields Sr., Worthington; brothers, William A. Fields Jr., Lawrence Fields, Brian Keith Fields, all of Worthington; sisters, Mrs. Sharon Taylor, Worthington, Mrs. Lois Jean Gray, Columbus, Viola Lynn Fields, Worthington, Lisa Christine Fields, Worthington; grandmother, Savannah Hunter, Cleveland, Oh.; many aunts, uncles and dear friend, Carol Overturf. Graduate of Worthington High School and C.T.I. Chef School. Service 10 a.m. Thursday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Vance Miligan and Rev. Michael Fluellen officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
