Homer M. Faust, JR., age 63, of Westerville, Tuesday, at home after a long term illness (ALS). Employee at Battelle for 40 years (4 years disability). Member Church of the Savior United Methodist, Boy Scouts for 35 years (Silver Beaver Award), Nuclear Materials Management Group, U.S. Navy Veteran. Survived by wife, Martha; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Jerry Wiggins of Woodsfield, Oh., Diana and Richard Teare of North Carolina, Pamela and Donald Crossley of Sugargrove, Oh., Lisa and Thomas Buehler of Centerburg, Oh.; 17 grandchildren; sister, Shirley Speitz of California; several nieces and nephews including Charles and Thomas Speitz. Preceded in death by parents, Homer and Iva Faust; brother-in-law, Charles Speitz. Friends may call a the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Wednesday 7-9 p.m. Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held Friday 11 a.m., Church of the Savior U.M., 141 S. State Street, Westerville. Dr. Richard Mitchell and Rev. Cynthia Osborn officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
