Blanche M. (Arnold) Fairchild, age 85, 70 W. Harrison St., Delaware, Saturday, Grady Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness. 15 year resident of Delaware. Widow of Dr. Samuel Fairchild. Survived by sisters, Mrs. Setha Schoolcraft, Charleston, WV., Mrs. Dorothy Lipscomb, Mrs. Josephine Bradley, both of Delaware; brothers, D. T. Johnson and Millad Johnson, both of Clyde, WV. Friends received Bennett-Brown Funeral Home, Delaware, after 3 p.m. Tuesday, where service will be held Wednesday 1 p.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery, Columbus.
