Past member of Central Ohio Hikers Association. Survived by wife, Grace J. English; son, Richard Joseph English, at home; mother, Olive English, Medina, Ohio; brother, Phillip H. of Chagrin Falls; sisters, Mrs. Joanne Becker, Brecksville, Ohio, Mrs. Betty Merrick, Plattsburg, N.Y.; nieces and nephews. Funeral service Thursday 11 a.m. Grace Brethren Church Chapel, 6675 Worthington-Galena Road. Pastors John Willet and Frank Gradner officiating. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Cotner Funeral Home, Reynoldsburg Chapel, 7369 E. Main St., and then Thursday at the church for one hour prior to the service. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to the Grace Brethren Church or the Columbus Cancer Society.
