Joseph F. Dible, Jr. age 87 of Worthington, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the Laurels of Worthington. Retired U.S. Army. Veteran Korean War and Vietnam War. Retired from the State of Ohio where he was a Surveyor. Graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy. Member of Worthington Presbyterian Church, Carey Lodge #420, F&AM, Carey Chapter #159, RAM, Upper Sandusky Council 98 R&SM, Worthington American Legion Post #828, Sharon Twp. Cemetery Board, and Westerville Wood Working Club. Preceded in death by Joseph F. and Anna Margaret (Pipes) Dible; step-son, Douglas Franklin Brown; great-grandson, Dylan McVetta; sisters, Emily K. Dible and Laurell Frazier; son-in-law, Eddie Hunt. Survived by wife, Barbara (Metzler); children, Leah (Cathy) Cochrane, Darcy Hunt, Jon (Jill) Dible, Elizabeth Jill Dible; step-children, Jeff (Rita) Brown, and Brian (Becky) Brown; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter; siblings, Daniel (Kay) Dible, Ann (Richard) Jewett, and Judy (Thomas) Hebenstreit.
