CROW Alma (Boyd) Crow, age 98, of Upper Sandusky, Oh., formerly of Worthington, died Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky. She was born October 3, 1903 in Hiramsburg, Oh. Alma was a 1922 graduate of Cumberland High School. After receiving her teaching certificate from Ohio University, she taught school in Youngstown and Columbus. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Harold K. Crow, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Her survivors include her sons, Dr. Donald (Lois) Crow of San Clemente, Calif. and William (Susan) Crow of Upper Sandusky, Oh.; 5 grandchildren, Norman, Dawn, William, Laura and David; 12 great-grandchildren. Alma was a 72 year member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church, the Women's Association, Woodrow Guild and she also served as a Deacon. She also enjoyed flower gardening and was an avid OSU Football and Basketball fan. In keeping with the wishes of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Walnut Grove Cemetery at a later date. The family requests in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to the Worthington Presbyterian Church.
