Arrangements were made by Southwick-Good Funeral Chapel. The burial took place on Tuesday, April 9, 1996.

Preceded in death by son Dr. Paul T. Hill, Parents Bruch & Iva Welsh, brothers Stanley, Russell & Herbert Welsh & sisters Gladys Shoemaker, Marion Webb, & Lillian Coleman. Survived by husband of 54 years John Berlet; daughter Beverly Hill (Walter) Tortora; sister Mrs. Vern Chamberlin; brothers Bernard & Harold Welsh; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Berlet was the grand- daughter of Calvin C. Dunlap, a prominent citizen of Delaware, Oh. in the early 1900's. Retired from the State Treasurers's Office. Member of The Worthington Christian Church, and participated in the Learners Class which she loved; memeber Clintonville Woman's Club; the Ann Simpson Chapter of the D.A.R.; past President, North Columbus Women's Republican Club which she organized.
